Hey kids, do you know about a cool vegetable? This vegetable is a Cucumber. There are different types of cucumbers meaning some have smooth skins and some others have bumpy skins. By the way, they all have a lot of vitamin C. When you cut a cucumber, there are lots of white color seeds and they are safe to eat. cucumber flesh is smooth but still crunchy too.

What a big vegetable it is? We call it a Pumpkin. When you cut it, you can see about 500 seeds in it. Its fleshy interior takes a yellowish color. Did you know that pumpkin first showed up itself in the Cinderella fairy tale? Pumpkins are also 90% water.

Have you heard about Banana Pepper? They look like big chilies. When they are raw, their outer skin appears to be light green color. Once they ripen their color change to orange to red. If you cut them into halves, you will see many whitish small seeds inside.
